Chef’s Table by 24 Carrots is an immersive culinary experience by Executive Chef Nick Weber of 24 Carrots Catering + Events. 24 Carrots is a fine-dining caterer with extensive reach in Southern California, owning and operating event venues, and specializing in off-site catering and event production. Chef’s Table is an exclusive experience, taking place at 24 Carrots’ brand new state-of-the-art facility. Guests should expect an evening centered around culinary luxury, inspired by seasonal produce and Chef’s whims, including cocktails, and a behind-the-scenes tour of their 40,000 home base operation. This dinner is currently by invitation only but will be open to the public soon.
