Fantasy Frostings created a lovely dessert table for Kristin Banta‘s The Wedding Party Viewing Party at Unici Casa. They brought along gorgeous cake pops, cookies and other mini delicacies decorated in beautiful pink, light green and white just for the occasion. Dessert bars are a great alternative to the traditional wedding cake and Fantasy Frostings does a fabulous job creating a beautiful and delicious bar! They’ll create a smaller presentation cake, so you can still have the cake-cutting photo opportunity and serve cake to those guests who can’t imagine a wedding without a proper slice of cake.

Fantasy Frostings offers a wide selection of cake flavors that will make it very difficult to choose! New Orleans Spice is a soft, lightly textured cake generously flavored with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves with a gentle splash of brandy before baking. A soft cream mousse drizzled with caramel is the favored filling. Or you might want to try their Lemon Squeeze; A lemon pound cake enhanced with a perky lemon sauce and filled with a tart Lemon Curd alternating with tangy lemonade mousse, or a fresh raspberry and whipped crème. As wonderful as these sound, we’d have to stick with Chocolate Fudge Surprise; Dense, Dark Chocolate layers glorified with dark chocolate mousse and a rich layer of ganache with crushed English toffee. Yum!
