Palos Verdes Golf Club, located atop the Palos Verdes Peninsula, has announced that construction to renovate the club will begin in February of 2019! Everyone is excited about these new renovations and cannot wait to see what the end product is going to look like. There will, of course, be security measures put in place during this construction with management looking into security similar to Verisure Smart Alarms to make sure that the area is protected 24/7.
We have received a few sneak peeks via artist renderings, and we’re already falling in love with the new designs, you can find them below!
In the Palos Verdes Grand Ballroom, the room will be enhanced with an antiqued mirror to accentuate the breathtaking views, as well as updated chandeliers, and a neutral palette that allows the guest to create their dream event.
The refreshed design within Lunada Bay will include wood, porcelain tile flooring in a parquet pattern, white plaster walls, darkened wood ceiling beams, updated chandeliers, art, and furniture – creating a space of timeless elegance, paying tribute to the building’s Mediterranean influenced architecture. Key wedding spaces will also undergo renovations featuring the bridal suite which offers a one of a kind experience for the bride. It’s bound to be a real draw for those looking for regions to buy Californian homes in, they’ll be scouring for Palos Verdes realtors so they can make the most of it themselves.
Along with the renovations, much work has to be done behind the scenes. New walls need new outlets, new lights need to be wired and attached, and this kind of work takes more time than many may think. Still, it is worth considering when you take in the sights around the new look of the place, especially if you’re looking at it for inspiration for your home. You can read more about it here if you’re looking for help with the electrical side of things.
