“We knew we wanted to have a longer engagement to enjoy our engagement and hopefully have a less stressful wedding planning process, not to mention we had both just recently started our first full-time jobs. It also gave us ample time to really think about the kind of wedding we wanted and what was important to us. As a few months went by, we had decided we wanted a romantic and intimate wedding in the fall, just when the weather started to get a bit colder.
When we visited Carondelet House, we instantly knew we wanted to get married there. The vibe was warm, cozy and romantic and was exactly what we were looking for. We also knew we wanted to hire a full-time planner because we wanted to make sure we enjoyed the planning process. We hired XOXO Weddings and they made the planning process a dream.
