UNICI CASA graciously offered up their incredible space for us to host Kristin Banta‘s viewing party for her new show on Bravo: The Wedding Party and we couldn’t be more grateful. The spaces that encompass UNICI CASA are impeccably designed and incredibly unique. UNICI CASA was designed and built by architect & designer, Michael R. Foroutan and is comprised of three special areas that can be used individually or as one spectacular event space:
CASA MURANO is the main original gallery and a celebration of Murano glass and Italian design. UNICI CASA has staged numerous events including cocktail parties, artist openings, chamber concerts, and fund raisers since its inception.
Casa Murano is a Gallery Space featuring over 120 lines of incredible lighting, accessories and furnishings imported from Italy. Michael Foroutan designed the space to be a showcase for Unici products and transformed into the most interesting event space emulating a museum of creativity and design.
Casa Murano is perfect for a cocktail reception that can stand alone with a separate entrance from Casa Bianca or it can be utilized to flow into Casa Bianca through glass doors that differentiate the two spaces. Michael Foroutan designed a one of a kind permanent dining table that can seat 40 guests for a truly amazing dining experience. Flowing the entire length of the table is a collection of the world’s most beautiful contemporary chandeliers. In addition to his dining table he designed a matching custom permanent bar that can be used as a triple bar.
The Audio Visual in Casa Murano includes three LCD custom designed screens that connect to IPOD’s or IPAD’s for any number of effects. The sound is connected to the system that is in Casa Bianca.
Casa Murano’s capacity for a cocktail reception is 100-150 guests.
CASA BIANCA is the largest and newest space with an open plan for a wealth of staging possibilities for any function from an intimate social mixer to a large opulent wedding and reception!
Casa Bianca is the largest indoor space at Casa Unici with over 4000 square feet of open area. Casa Bianca is designed with forward thinking architectural lines that lend to creative events. Suspended from our ceiling are one of a kind hand blown Murano Chandeliers. In addition to this amazing feature of lighting, Casa Bianca has custom designed LED pin spots and the walls are uplit with recessed LED color changers. Casa Bianca also has three flat screen monitors and three permanent ceiling mounted projectors to display images from a DVD feed.
Travel up our uniquely designed stair case to the second level to our VIP lounge with a complete DJ station and full house sound. With Michael Foroutan’s attention to detail he spared no expense by including IBEAMS with load levels to lift over 2000 pounds and included EDISONS in the ceiling to avoid cable runs which is a dream for any lighting technician.
Casa Bianca features double doors when opened can accommodate a full size car entry which can be driven into the space easily from our driveway. This also allows a very easy access for all equipment whether its furniture, props, lighting, sound, staging or whatever your event requires.
Casa Bianca’s capacity for a sit down dinner function is up to 300 guests. For a cocktail reception we can accommodate up to 500.
PIAZZA UNICI is an outdoor area that can be transformed into limitless possibilities. Unici Casa has hosted many events with up to 1000 guests in this large private area.
Once again, Michael Foroutan’s forward thinking in design provides recessed pole handlers to provide structure for an angled perimeter that can be used for multiple types of decor such as backdrops, hedges or structures to enhance your event vision.
Piazza Unici can be grouped with Casa Murano and Casa Bianca through sculptured metal doors from this outdoor space. They can provide power for up to 100 amps of service for lighting and sound. One more feature for outdoors is our permanent rigging for your STEP and REPEAT and red carpet. The rigging can accommodate step and repeats up to 8′ tall and 20′ wide. Your red carpet can be as large as 12′ deep and 24′ wide.
